The reproduction of a wiring system begins with various reference samples. We hold a wide collection of reference samples, primarily from Alfa Romeo models produced between 1955 and 1975, covering all variants from that period. In addition, we can reconstruct wiring systems for Italian-made vehicles (such as Fiat, Lancia, Ferrari, Maserati, and others) from the 1950s up to the early 1980s, within the pre-electronic era.

1. Preparation

The original wiring sample is extracted and secured on a workbench.

2. Reproduction

Wire by wire, the new harness is faithfully reproduced, following the paths and terminations of the original sample.

3. Inguainatura

Once completed, the wiring system is equipped with its original fuse box (if available) or one compatible with the original. It is then completed with wiring sleeves or tape wrapping, depending on the model, always respecting the original specifications.

4. Connectors

The terminal sections of the wiring system are equipped with carefully inspected plugs or connectors. Some connectors are hand-soldered with tin to ensure better conductivity.

Packaging and Shipping

At the end of the construction process, the wiring system is packaged in a custom box with our branding and accompanied by the electrical diagram. Subsequently, the wiring system is packed and shipped to the recipient.
